"Order was mostly right"
My order was mostly fine and everything showed up okay, but one of the items came in the wrong color. This is where it got annoying, because I had picked that color for a reason. Other than that, the rest of the order was as expected.

"Pretty painless exchange, thankfully"
I ordered a dress from Ashro and, very calmly of course, realized I had picked the wrong size. The exchange process was actually easy though. The return label worked without any drama, and the new size showed up faster than I expected. I kept waiting for some customer service headache to pop up, but nope, nothing weird happened. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and happy with how it went

"I’ve always liked this brand and have..."
I’ve always liked this brand and have stuck with them for a while, which is why this is so frustrating. I reached out to customer service expecting at least some help, but I’m still waiting for a reply. it’s making me question whether I should keep giving them my business

"Fit was mostly right, I think"
I ordered a dress from ashro and the sizing was close to what I expected, though I was a little unsure when picking my size. I’m usually caught between two sizes, so I went up one, and somehow that ended up being the right call. It fit nicely and wasn’t too tight.
The only thing that confused me a bit was the sleeves because they were longer than I thought they’d be. Not a huge deal, and it still looked good on, so I decided to keep it. I’d give it 4 stars

"Am I the only one whose order took longer than expected?"
Am I the only one who expected this to arrive sooner? Mine showed up about 5 days later than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but the shipping definitely took longer than expected.

"I really wanted to like Ashro more..."
I really wanted to like Ashro more because some of the clothes are genuinely cute and different from what I usually see in stores. I went in expecting to find a few fun pieces, so it was a little disappointing.

The selection just felt kind of limited to me, especially if you’re looking for something simple, modern, or a little more current. A lot of the styles started to look similar, and some felt a bit dated, which surprised me.

I did find a couple of nice items, but not enough to make me want to shop there regularly. I feel like an apology wouldn’t be out of place for how underwhelming the variety is, because the idea is good, I just wish they had fresher looks and more options.

"I’ve ordered from Ashro a few..."
I’ve ordered from Ashro a few times after browsing the site on my couch at night, which is usually when I end up shopping for things I wasn’t planning to buy. Some of the styles are really nice and I do like that they have pieces that feel a little different from what I see everywhere else. That said, the prices can be kind of hit or miss for me. A couple of items felt worth it once I wore them, but others were just okay and didn’t really feel like they matched the price. I’ll still check the site now and then, especially if they’re running a sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price very often.

"Nice clothes, but the mobile site needs work"
I found a few pieces on Ashro that I genuinely liked, and the styles were definitely what kept me browsing. That said, using the site on my phone was kind of frustrating. Some pages loaded slowly, and the filters didn’t always stick when I went back, so I ended up having to redo my search more than once.

The checkout process could be smoother too. It wasn’t always obvious where to find sizing or shipping details, and I felt like I had to tap around more than I should have. Overall, I like the clothing options, but the mobile experience could definitely use some cleanup

The clothes looked just like the photos, and the material felt good overall. I do kind of regret not paying closer attention to the fabric details, because one piece was a bit thinner than I expected. Still, I’m happy with the quality overall.
